Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Easy AIOU (“we”, “our”, “the service”) at easyaiou.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Easy AIOU is

Easy AIOU is an independent online helper for Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) students. We are not AIOU, not affiliated with the university, and not the official enrollment portal (enrollment.aiou.edu.pk). We fetch and display records you authorize us to access using your AIOU login.

3. Eligibility

You must be an AIOU student (or their authorized representative) with a valid student ID and portal password. You are responsible for keeping your login details accurate and secure.

4. Plans and payment

• Free trial: New accounts may receive a short trial period (currently 3 days) with limited access. No payment is required for the trial.
• Paid plans: Billed per the plan you select. Price and trial length may change; the amount shown at checkout applies to your purchase. See Pricing.
• Payment may be made via approved online methods or manual proof upload, subject to admin verification where applicable.
• Access starts when your plan is approved or payment is confirmed. See our Refund Policy for cancellation rules.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate student ID, contact details, and payment information.
• Use the service only for your own AIOU records (or records you are authorized to manage).
• Do not misuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Do not share access in a way that violates AIOU rules or applicable law.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Easy AIOU available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Delays or errors may occur when the official AIOU portal is down, slow, or changes without notice. We are not liable for university portal outages or incorrect data originating from AIOU systems.

7. Intellectual property

The Easy AIOU brand, design, and software remain our property. Your AIOU records belong to you; we process them only to provide the service you requested.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account from Profile at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund — see the Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Easy AIOU is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for academic decisions, fee deadlines, exam schedules, or any loss arising from reliance on displayed data. Always verify critical matters on the official AIOU portal.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes should first be raised via Contact; unresolved matters may be brought before competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
