Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Easy AIOU sells digital access to an online student dashboard (results, files, fee status, and related tools). Because the service is delivered electronically, refunds are limited as described below.

Free trial

New students may receive a 3-day free trial without payment. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, no charge applies and no refund is needed.

Paid plans

Once a paid plan is approved and activated — whether by online payment confirmation or admin verification of a payment proof — the fee is non-refundable. You receive immediate digital access for the paid period. Amounts are those shown at checkout.

Why we generally do not refund

• The product is a digital subscription delivered instantly upon activation.
• Server, storage, and portal-fetch costs are incurred as soon as your plan goes live.
• You can review plan features and pricing on the Plans section before paying.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund or credit only in these cases, if reported within 7 days of the charge:

• Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same semester.
• Technical failure — we could not activate your plan despite successful payment (verified by our records).
• Unauthorized charge — you did not authorize the transaction (subject to investigation).

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, unused time, wrong student ID entered by you, or issues with the official AIOU portal.

Manual payment proofs

If you pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer and upload a screenshot, your plan activates only after admin approval. If your proof is rejected, no plan is activated and no refund process is needed — you may submit a correct proof or contact support.

How to request help

Email support@easyaiou.com with your student ID, payment date, amount, and transaction reference (if any). We respond within 2–3 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or wallet. Frivolous disputes may result in account suspension.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of payment.
