How Easy AIOU Works
1. Our Business Model
Easy AIOU is a digital subscription service for students of Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU). We sell time-based access to our student platform — not physical products, and not university admission or credentials.
What customers buy: time-based access (semester or 2-year, Basic or Pro). Current PKR prices are always on Pricing and at checkout — never a hardcoded amount in this page.
Business operations
- Customers — AIOU students who want their academic records (results, admit cards, fees) organized in one place, with WhatsApp alerts and study help.
- What we deliver — a mobile-friendly dashboard, automatic alerts, study materials (notes, assignments, guess papers), and support.
- How we earn — a single, simple subscription fee per semester. No hidden charges, no per-use fees.
- Where we operate — Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan (serving students nationwide).

3. Complete Customer Journey
Here is exactly what happens from first visit to active subscription:
Step 1 — Browse
You land on easyaiou.com, read about our services and pricing, and explore the guides. The homepage shows everything we offer and what it costs.
Step 2 — Select a plan
You choose a plan on Pricing or start a free trial. Clicking Get started takes you to account creation.
Step 3 — Create account & checkout
You enter your 10-digit AIOU student ID, we confirm your identity, and you proceed to checkout with your chosen plan.
Step 4 — Pay online (secure payment gateway)
At checkout you pay through our secure online payment gateway. The gateway accepts JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers. Your payment details are handled by the gateway only — we never store them.
Step 5 — Receive confirmation
As soon as the gateway confirms your payment, your subscription activates instantly. You receive a WhatsApp and email confirmation, and your dashboard unlocks immediately.
Step 6 — Use the service
Your access runs for the full paid period (6 months). Alerts, study materials, and support start working right away. When the period ends, access closes (data is kept 30 days for renewal).
4. Payment Gateway Use
Easy AIOU uses a PCI-compliant online payment gateway to process all subscription payments. Here is how it is used during checkout:
- The customer selects a plan and is taken to the checkout screen on our website.
- The customer chooses a payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer) and pays.
- The payment gateway processes the transaction securely and confirms it instantly.
- Our platform receives an automatic payment confirmation and activates the subscription.
- The customer sees a success page and gets a WhatsApp/email receipt.
The gateway is used only for collecting subscription fees — it is never used for anything else on the site.
5. Refund & Cancellation
Because we sell time-based access, subscriptions are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is confirmed — the service runs for the full paid period. See the Refund Policy for the complete rules.
